when i try to extract a program i have just downloaded i keep getting error while extracting file

Asked by george ramage

An error occurred while extracting files.

End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not
a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the
latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
the last disk(s) of this archive.
unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of /home/freegle/Desktop/bt-en-conduit-20110721.exe or
/home/freegle/Desktop/bt-en-conduit-20110721.exe.zip, and cannot find /home/freegle/Desktop/bt-en-conduit-20110721.exe.ZIP, period.

The error is clear:
or the .zip file isn't a zip file
or the .zip file constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive.

Problably, it's a selfextractor program for WIndows and it will not run on Linux. So i suggest to you to explain better on what you want to install.

Can you help with this problem?
