Ok, First open "Adept-manager" and check to see if the following are installed:

Type "sun-java" (without the " of course) you should have "sun-java5-bin,sun-java5-plugin" installed I also installed "sun-java6-bin,sun-java6-plugin"..

Now Type "flash" you should have "flashplugin-nonfree" installed..

If you have "no" sound when viewing videos online such as ones on "Youtube" then

Type "oss" and install "alsa-oss" package...

After this make sure that what ever "Web-browser" your using has access to use plugins and if you can click the tab to check for newer installed plugins and thier paths...

Hope this was helpful...
