i want to open .dmg file , how it would start??

i am resident of PAkistan, want to use PTCL evo application , its start up is in .dmg file as a new user i don know how to use it kindly help me out thanx

dmg files are for macintosh computers. You will need to download something else, either (preferably) a linux binary, or a windows binary.

Also, if you post a link to whatever this PTCL evo application is, maybe someone else will know more about it.
