I cannot download adobe flash player

I am trying to download adobe falsh player, so I can play games and watch videos or shows on my computer.

Or you can run the following command

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras

as described here:

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RestrictedFormats

If you still get no Flash, please give the output of the following Terminal command:

uname -a; lsb_release -a; dpkg -l | grep flash; dpkg -l | grep gnash; dpkg -l | grep swf
