how can i print a downloaded archive?

i'm trying to print some letters i downloaded froma site, but it wont let me cuz it's an archive. not a file. how can i print it?

Do you mean archive as in a zip file or similar? If so, right click and select Extract Here. I would be tempted to copy the archive into a folder of its own first then extract there - otherwise you may end up with wherever the archive is located showered with the contents!

Once the archive contents have been extracted, you can presumably print the letters.
