Can't figure out how to install 3rd party software

Asked by Robert W Mitchell

I down loaded a Personal Finance program from the internet but I can't figure out how to install it on my hard drive. When I click on the program icon a screen pops up asking for the location. At the top of the screen is Archive, Edit, View & Help. I checked the help files but could find no mention of what I should enter for "location".
