NVENC enabled package in Ubuntu like in AUR

Hello,

in Ubuntu 18.04 there is a ffmpeg build with NVENC enabled by default, AUR provides ffmpeg-full-nvenc, would you please consider packaging a ffmpeg build with NVENC enabled. This is the kind of funny stuff that drives many people to windows as debian packages are cumbersome for most new users - let alone building their own binaries. Especially since OBS and co rely on NVENC. This got many people to turn away from Ubuntu and BACK TO WINDOWS so please package a FFmpeg with NVENC enabled. (even if its called ffmpeg-nvenc)
