Please compile ubuntu packages without CGAL

when fenics is compiled with CGAL it breaks valgrind
this is a huge loss when debugging programs
currently we are using dorsal.sh to compile a version without CGAL
this is quite time consuming to maintain
it would be a great benefit if the Ubuntua packages were compiled without CGAL (though I guess this would no doubt be a great loss to someone else....)
keep up the good work, fenics is very useful
