fbxkb lang switch

hi all
on hardy i installed fbxkb for switch langs german+russian
it's worked perfecty two days long. then my wife used the
laptop .............
trying to start manually, i get the error mssg:
   xkb group #0 is already defined
   kbd group numbering is not continous
   run 'xlsatoms | grep pc' to know what hapends
and xlsatoms says:
   176 pc+us
   184 pc(pc105)
   210 pc+de
   287 pc+ch(fr_nodeadkeys)+ru:2+ch(de_nodeadkeys):3+level3(ralt_switch_for_alts_toggle):1+level3(ralt_swi

no idea how to interpret/fix that :((

i googled and find the same question but no answers.
can you help?
