fbpager stays on top of windows.

Is it possible to make my fbpager stay underneath my open windows? When I open an application now, the fbpager stays on top of it and obscures the top part of the window.

The version in jaunty accepts to be run as:
fbpager -l bottom
to let other windows cover it when it is in windowed mode.
