Confirmed in 8.04 release.

The fix is to symlink the two, but I guess this needs to be fixed properly.. I found out about this trying to run OpenTTD too.

sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libexpat.so.1 /usr/lib/libexpat.so.0

Does the trick ^
