When I have finished reading my e-mail it disappears after I read it

Asked by Dave

I have an Acer computer and am running Ubuntu v9 I think. I am using Firefox and am using Evolution v2,2. When I read my email the email disappears from my Inbox. What have I done and where does it go?

Please elaborate your question, what do you mean by disappearing. Does
it not show up at all, it could have moved down to the end of your
inbox. Send over a link to a screenshot that you can upload here:
imageshack.us. That would give me a better idea of what's going on :D

Evolution has an option to hide read messages - under View.

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask Dave for more information if necessary.
