How do I increase the font size in an email?

How do I increase the font size in an email? I want to use a bigger font for someone who has poor eyesight.

Hi Eycks,
   I am assuming that you actually meant to file this under Evolution (Evince is a document viewer). In evolution, select New -> Mail Message, and then in the new window, select Format-> HTML. Now you should be able to select Format-> Font Size -> (font size) to select a new size, with "+4" as the largest.
