How do I delete messages from the Junk folder in Evolution?

When I click on the mark for deletion button the message header gets a strike through line. I cannot find any way of actually deleting the marked messages. It is also a painfully slow process to click on each message and mark it individually. I don't seem to be able to select all the messages in any way to either mark them for deletion or better still actually delete them.

Evolution cleans up the folder automatically, you can set the interval in the email settings.
If you still want to remove the mails in a folder: mark one, press Ctrl + A and then Del.
