how do I change receive mail setup

I'm using Ubuntu 8.04 version. Once the Evolution mail setup has been completed with proper informations, Send&Receive reply reply all button are into disabled mode. I've tried more than ten times to set up my account but it's not working properly so pls fix this issue ASAP.

Hello !

the account setup is in Edit > Preferences (Shift+Ctrl+S). There you can choose the account and press "Edit"
