Corporate Identity in Mailmessage?

Asked by Kurt

Hi, we have a CI policy eg. the color of text of all mailmessages must be "dark blue" etc...

What I've done so far is to design a signature according our CI rules. But if I create a new mail message the color of the textbody will be black and I have to select and change the color by hand.
Any ideas to make some preferences (text color, fontsize, ..) for new mail messages?

Kurt

This works only for Signature, but not for the individual messagebody in the mail. What I want is that when I compose a new mail message I can select sone Signatures (for salute according CI) and to type in the message body also according the CI rules.

It's simple Kurt, you can't.

Evolution does not support a general mail template, but only drafts. You're also able to use "Insert->HTML file..." if you're in HTML enabled mode. That's a good solution if you're going to create a HTML newsletter, but won't fulfill your needs. Additional to that, there's *no* solution to use a mail template for replies.

I can't tell you if the evolution team is thinking about this requirement, however, if it bothers you, you might want to create a feature request within the bug tracker. Just click on "Create Bug Report" in the upper left of this window and add "[feature request]" to the topic of the report.
