how do i set up an "out of office" e-mail response

I am trying to set up out of office message in evolution.Usually the comes under tools.In this case I can't find it

Ted,

As far as I know this is only available in Evolution if you are using an Exchange account.

I know it's possible to auto-respond with Thunderbird, however. If you're up for the switch, I'll guide you through the easy process.
