How to import a .csv file from MSOutlook Express Address Book into Evolution Address Book.

I have a .csv file from MS OE which I need to transfer to Evolution Address Book. The .csv file has
First Name, Last name, Email Address synchronized with the format listed in Evolution.

By clicking on File>Import in Evolution, and typing the .csv floppy file name, I do not get a good
contact list in Evolution.

Could someone help me with a step-by-step procedure to do this simple job?

Near the bottom the user, hartdg, says that he had luck moving from MS Outlook (not OE) and choosing the export file type from Outlook as Tab Delimited (Windows) Format.

Evolutions import then appeared to take the file on import without problems.
