How I have fixed this.
1. I edited /home/bartek/.evolution/mail/local/Sent file
2. I saw that my emails in Sent FOLDER are NOT this same like in file "sent"
3. I had no time to "play" so ...I choose to remove all emails from Sent FOLDER
a. I moved the Sent FILE to another location
b. I started Evolution and remove all emails from Sent folder
c. I did "empty trash"
d. I saw that the new file Sent was created by application and then everything was fine

So what happened? I think that was an error with my 1 email with an mp3 file.
"Sent" file is like a base and some error have to occour during writing the "unlucky" email to the Sent base.
