su evolution non si accende il pulsante invia/ricevi nonostante sia stato configurato con la mia email

Il pulsante Invia/ricevi non risulta essere attivo, nonostante che sia stato configurato con la mia email.
La cosa strana è : che il programma ha funzionato per un paio di giorni poi si è verificato questo problema che non mi permette di spedire e ne controllare la posta.

Translating:
The send/receive button is inactive, even if it was configured with my email account.
The strange thing is that the program worked for a couple of days and then this problem occurred that doesn't allow me to send or to check the mail.
