mail receipts to every message sent

How can I tell evolution to request a read receipt in every mail I send. I can't find that option anywhere. I find that is quit boring to always do this by hand..

I've read the manual, but couldn't find the answer I was looking for.
What I want is to evolution allways _request_ a read receipt, not send on requests.
