i am trying to setup revolution to work with yahoo on att. incoming mail is pop3, there are no pop3 options just pop. and sending is smpt, when i try to send it asks for a password, none given from att

Outgoing mail server: Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication

Yep, Thunderbird is an email client. Evolution makes only problems.

lol. We do get a lot of questions about Evolutions and this is the first time anyones mentioned thunderbird ;)

i downloaded thunderbird, everything was great! then i uninstalled evolution and in process damaged my gnome install and lost my task bar!! got it all back though. got to admit though thundirbird was a lot easier to configure
