Evolution supports ics you can grab the holidays from here:

How does this work? Download it and put it where?

Also I get this Error when I click download:

Firefox can't find the file at http://wsidecar.apple.com/cgi-bin/nph-reg3rdpty2.pl/product=15712&cat=98&platform=osx&method=sa/US32Holidays.ics.

just double clicking the ics file should import it into evolution. if that link didnt work here are two others:
