Importing Evolution mail into Mozilla

I would like to know how to import my mail from Evolution to Mozilla? I've read the answers and don't really understand. I'm still relatively new to Ubuntu and am still feeling my way around.
Please explain to me step by step - I don't always understand the tech lingo.
