unable to open from EvolutionMail envelope icon

Clicking icon brings up message "Could not launchApplication. Failed to execute child process"/home/bria thankyou all.n/troubleshoot.txt" (Permission refused)". can open via Applications >internet>evolution. Using Ubuntu8-10. new to Linux so please no jargon, just simple English.

right click on the icon on the panel and delete it.
Go to applications, internet, and right click on evolution and choose, Add Item to main panel
