Asked for password for g-mail when g-mail not used.

Asked for password for g-mail when g-mail not used.

For some reason 2.24.1 in 8.10 is asking me to enter a password for a g-mail account that I do not have.

It's also asked for the password I do use. So I have to enter it twice.

I look in the accounts section and all is well with my normal account listed but no g-mail there.

I have tried to check out the file/preference section but when I click on preferences nothing happens. I was thinking maybe this is where I might find a reference to g-mail.

Hi! Open "Contacts" component in Evolution (View/Window/Contacts). Is there address book or group of address books named Google?

Thanks but there is only the Personal that was the default and two that I created.

Maybe "Calendars" or "Tasks" or "Memos" :)?

I wish I would have found the offending one in one of those but none was found.

II ended up creating new lists and not putting anything in the username section and this seemed to do the trick and then I deleted the old ones. However it didn't work if I copied the old entry's to the newly created item though.
