Evolution mail notification & keyring access

I don't really have a problem just a few suggestions that could be included in the next Evo release.
First, I'd really like to see Evo detecting my new emails without me having to have to run it each time I want see if I have new emails. Yes, Evo has a mail notification plugin installed but that notification appears only when I run Evo i.e. a pop-up appears telling me a have new mail, which is really unnecessary because I can see that for myself when I open Evo. I've found, searching the net, that this problem (perhaps more a nuissance) is quite common.
Other nuissance (which is exactly that, at least for me), is the dialog box that opens each time i run Evo after I've just turned the computer on. This dialog box asks for my password because it wants access to some keyring. Luckily, I've found the solution for this (had to open keyring preferences or something like that and change something but forgot what :-b).
Anyway sorry if this isn't the place where people put suggestions, but I just want see Evo get better, that's all.

P.S. I'm running Ubuntu 64-bit version, with the latest updates.
