how do i delete orinal sender

Binary package hint: evolution

how do you delete who sent you the message or image or video with out deleting the video or message or image when you forward it please help or send me to someone who can thank you so much john

It sounds like you want to forward the attachments. You can open the message, click on the "Forward" button, and then delete the old address lines. This will do the trick.

the problem is as i forwaed mesage it shows at bottom with noway to
delete original sender and you are right that is what i want to do thank
you for responding her is a screenshot

well i tried to send a screen shot but i dont think it worked sorry new
to ubuntu but it just shows a little page at the bottom that says
forwarded message i can at this point double click on it and it will
open with written messages i can delete original sender but with media
emails i cant thanks again for responding sorry about my typing only
have one hand

John, attachments are not processed by answers.launchpad.net. You can email me directly at hggdh2 at gmail dot com.

I cannot, anyways, reproduce what you describe: when I forward and email, I *can* edit the email I am forwarding...

Darn! I looked for it, and did not see what was screaming for attention... sorry, I should have correctly answered you on the first try.

Here's the deal: you are configured to Forward as Attachment...

Go to Edit/Preferences/Composer Preferences; on the General tab, set Forward Style to "Inline".

And you should be set!
