open saved messages with evolution

Asked by Eric JEHIN

With "evolution" one can save a message ctrl+S in any directory, with an attached file if there is one.
How do I re-open a message saved that way?
With Thunderbird it is very easy.
Thank you.

Hi, Eric.

I found three ways to do it:

1) Double click on the saved file. It will open as a text file. Attachments will be converted to UUCode, tho.

2) Open Evolution and click and drag the saved file to the Inbox. It will be imported there and you can treat it as usual.

3) Open Evolution and click on File -> Import -> Single file and select the saved file. It will be imported there and you can treat it as usual.

Thank you for your answer, the 1st and 3rd answer are OK but I cannot use the 2nd solution.
It works but if someone could improve evolution so that the saved file could be directly open from within evolution, it would be helpful.

Regards
Eric
