I am running Ubuntu 8.4. I have uploaded my gmail messages 317 in total. I have not been able to access these messages in Evolution.

 I am running Ubuntu 8.4.I have recently uploaded my gmail to evolution and while they are indicated in my inbox I do not have access to them, I am unable to open any of them. Could someone please help me?

Hello

Yes and I am able to send and receive. I sent a test message and it appeared in the main pane of the in box. When I selected the previously uploaded emails the test message disappeared and the other email's did not open.

Are you using POP or IMAP (Evolution configuration) for GMail?
