evolution receive rules

I am migrating from windows Outlook express and use the following mail rule and I wish to have it in Evolution as my partner's address is an alias of mine. Being an alias with-out a rule all alias' will download to my account.
so i'd like help getting this rule into Evolution.

apply the rule after the message arrives
where the to line 'contains "<email address hidden>"
do not download it from the server
