Evolution setup wizard does not fit the screen. Acknowledged bug. What is the workaround?

The first screen of Evolution Setup Wizard is too tall to fit the screen. Instruction says press the forward button to the next screen, but the button is out of sight (presumably below). The window can be dragged but not upward. There are no minimize or resize buttons. This has been widely reported in the bug log, apparently originating several revs ago. Screen resolution does not appear to be relevant. I installed 8.04 yesterday and am without email service. There must be some workaround or this would surely be a showstopper for most users.
