Evolution is getting attachment as 'WINMAIL.DAT'

Hi Team

We have 300 clients and among all one site does not get mail attachment as a real attachment but it receives as 'WINMAIL.DAT'.

We have same version of evolution to all sites. Sender sends mail from outlook and we are facing problem only for WORD Documents .doc / .docx

Any pointers will be very great ful to us.
