how show past messages

The menu option for showing messages works for "recent Messages" and for "Last 5 days" but I cannot access all the previous messages. How can I find them? Thanks

I scrolled up on the menu option bar and found "all messages". Problem solved.

have you tried your options in evolution>edit>preferences>mail account>edit>recieving option>

change this to 365 day for example
