Even though the Print range is defined it's not working.

Which application did you use for printing the pages (OpenOffice, Evince, ...)?

The documents are an attachment copy of an Air Ticket that have 6 pages, I need to print only the first one.

I understand that, but in what application do you open the attachment copy? In what format is the attachment? .pdf, .html, .odt, .doc? I need to know this to replicate the process you used to print this.

One mail is in html format and two others are just doc.

The html one should print normally in Firefox (I recommend you to use Print preview to see how will be the document printed out). Another way to print out the selected page is to select all the text and images with your mouse and then go to "Print" and select the "Selection" radio button. Thus only the selected text will be printed. Again, do use the "Print preview" to see what's up.

The similar would go for OpenOffice and the .doc files.
