I screwed up the name of the incoming server. How do I change it ?

Installed Ubuntu 7.10 successfully bur when setting up Evolution I misspelled the name of the incoming server. How do I access the Evolution settings to correct the typo ?

Evolution → Edit → Preferences → Mail Accounts → Edit (or Delete)

Thanks to Mr Trefny my stupidity has been resolved...incoming mail is fine.
