evolution receives won't send SMTP -MAIL FROM command failed: is required before sending [R0107005]

Evolution will receive, will not send email- SMTP
"ERROR WHILE SENDING MESSAGE:
  MAIL FROM command failed: is required before sending [R0107005]"

please help!

What is the name of the smtp server you are using to send mail?

You may need to turn off both security and authentication in the smtp settings in Evolution and set the port back to 25, if you changed it to something else... If port 25 does not work, try port 587 instead.....

Your E-mail provider should normally give you the correct smtp server settings to use....
