How can I be obliged to fill in a password when I send wih Evolution e-mail, to protect against misuse of mailaddres?

LS,
When I installed Evolution I decided for "remember my password". When I have to fill in, I am protected against misuse of my mailaddress?
Is it necessary to re-install?
There is an option by File - Forget Passwords, what is the effect of that?
(the manual did't help me enough, sorry!)

Re-installing not necessary, (of course!). My provider informed me about using password. The function of option File - Forget Passwords became clear by experimenting. Thanks ......
