Evolution not receiving emails from gmail

Unable to receive emails from gmail when using evolution; was working perfectly until 1 week ago.

please ensure IMAP/POP is still enabled on your gmail account using this guide

IMAP generally speaking is preferred

Have you recently changed your Gmail password, if so you will need to update that in your Evolution settings also. Can you still login to your gmail account with your existing password?

I would recommend removing the account from evolution and then adding it back with the server settings found from the above link.
