can I change Evolution toolbar colors/themes?

Can I change the overall color, icons, theme of Evolution or is there just the
sea grey color of borders, frames, etc. it? Where can I download different
themes for Evolution if there are other than the one the original comes with?

You have to change your GTK theme
Right click on the desktop → Change Desktop Background → Theme

Also for telling me where to go to do this. I have no clue what GTK means, but
getting to Desktop Background and themes. Thanks, again.
