Help using Evolution Mail

I have set up evoloution mail and am having a problem with part of it. I can get email but I can not send any. I have set it up a couple times and always the same thing.
The messages sit in the outbox and just stay there. When I am finished setting it up it says it is set up and all ready to use.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Hello,

You need to check the SMTP settings in the e-mail accounts edit section.
