Evolutions help contents not appearing

I am new to to this. Everytime I click on Help the contents in Evolutions Help does not appear. Is there a simple fix to follow? I am running 7.04 Ubuntu Is there a new version that is available to load and at the same time saving all my information in mail, task, calendar, contacts, and memos?

Does the F1 key work?

There is a new version of ubuntu. It is 7.10. You can upgrade your system without loosing your data and settings.
http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/upgrading may help.
