Exchange Address Book no longer available 3.2.0 on 11.10

I use evolution-exchange for Exchange MAPI to our mail server. Since upgrading to Evolution 3.2.0 with Ubuntu 11.10 I cannot see any listings in our Global Address List. Is there a way to correct the Address Book configuration to allow me to access that list?

Installing DavMail seems to have corrected the problem.

DavMail is not available in the Ubuntu Repostiories, but has to be downloaded from Sourceforge
