evolution mail stuck dose not send mail

I restarted 10.4 and now I'm having the same thing happen again, I did everything to fix from the last time and still dose not send. when I turn off the computer it tells me still trying to send. why it is so hard to set up? can anyone help.

went there did everything and still dont send

I got it dont know how just started changing setting everywhere this evolution mail needs to be easier to work with. to much run-a-round
