How do I get my printer to work?

I have a brother mcf-465cn printer and have just installed Ubuntu 11.04 on my Acer but don't know how to get them to talk- Help! Please....

Brother make DEB files for their drivers. Can you give the output of:

uname -a; lsb_release -a

Hello,

Go to the Synaptic Package Manager and type in Brother. Search for the driver and install it.
