Import messages from Outlook

I am starting to migrate from Windows to Linux and one of the most important information I need to move are my e-mail messages.

Is there a way to import messages and/or contacts from Outlook (.pst files) into the evolution?

I guess the contacts info can be done using a .csv file and I will be trying that but I have no idea about messages.

Thanks Dean for your help. The messages were imported almost correctly (only a few issues with adresses but nothing than important).
