Setting Up Evolution

I currently have two email accounts, one on ATT and the other on Hotmail and would like to access them both through Evolution.
I am told it can be done, but being a newbie with Ubuntu, I cannot figure out how.
Would appreciate any help I could get,

If you setup one account in Evolution as you expect you can then click Edit > Preferences > Mail Accounts and add the other account
