Create a forwarding rule

Is there a way to create a rule based on the sender address and when matched forward the e-mail to my other e-mail address?

I'm afraid there's no direct way to set up a Forward To: type of filter in Evolution.

There is however a 'Pipe to Program' option you may use if you know your way around Bash commands available to you. I really don't know how to do that.

Other options like Thunderbird and KMail, etc support this feature but not Evolution.

I realize that there are more than one way to do any thing; but I think this is a short coming in Evolution. Hope to see the capability added in the future release. Evolution in my opinion is the closest competitor for Outlook as far as features go.

How Status is Solved, if Evolution doesn't support forwarding? I need this feature as well.
