upoloading e-mails back to mail server

I've setted up Evolution and forgot to mark live email on pop server, so evolution have moved all e-mails to my computer, but I want this e-mail back to pop server.
Is it possible to do?

You'll have to email them back up to the server, and make sure that the 'remove from server' option is not selected.

Thanks Paul, but in this case the sender will be myself. So there is no option to upoload e-mails to server?
