evolution cannot open db

evolution cannot find
/home/cliffm/.local/share/evolution/addressbook/system
in terminal did cd the above is there.
chmod to 755
cat /home/cliffm/.local/share/evolution/addressbook/system
looks like all my contacts are there.

 ~/.local/share/desktop-couch/couchdb.html and opening contacts databasesbash: /home/cliffm/.local/share/desktop-couch/couchdb.html: Permission denied
did cat on this there is a lot of stuff, can supply info.

What can I do now to get Evolution to see this file?
